Are otters really S tier cuteness?

I think red pandas are probably the pinnacle of cuteness, but otters are also very cute. I don't think otter feet are ugly. I think their webbies look rather cool.

The otter's feet have great utility, they allow it to move fast on land and in the water and to catch and hold on to prey. They also possess extreme dexterity. That's not something an otter enjoyer would be grossed out by. In fact the feet are probably one of the coolest parts of an otter.
